Global systems integrator Vega Global has announced the appointment of Jeremy Kemp as
its new managing director for Vega Europe.
Kemp will oversee all the day-to-day operations throughout the region, and will focus on executing the brand's broader goals and objectives of developing the core business growth and increasing market penetration, as well as developing new market opportunities.

Before joining Vega, Kemp was an equity partner at Pacific Financial Services (PFS)
in Indonesia before being appointed as the COO of Financial Partners International (FPS) after its merger with six other advisory firms. In 2007, Kemp became the MD of Precision Group and acted as COO in a consultancy capacity to the Western Australian group, Box International.
In 2010, Kemp returned to Indonesia and founded One Asia Group, a company incorporated in Hong Kong and the UK, which provides a diverse platform to support client requirements on building businesses within the Asian markets. He subsequently held the position as director with Palantir Group, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom, which uses new macroeconomic models for globalised digital world at scale by delivering technology and know-how to power a Connected Network of Sustainable Trade Zones (STZ).
Kemp was appointed as the UK Honorary Overseas Board Representative of the British Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia. He is also an Associate Fellow of
the Australian Institute of Management and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Kemp's core strengths in building operational structures and business processes, both for the companies he has founded as well as for clients across business sectors, make him a great addition to the Vega Global's management team.
