Bose Corporation has announced that its Professional division has been sold to market private equity firm, Transom Capital Group, assuming ownership of the Bose Professional commercial installation and conferencing business.
Despite the sale, Bose will keep its portable PA system as part of its core consumer product business. Financial details and other terms of the transaction will remain confidential.
