Rob Ferguson, Electrosonic
Dedicating 30 years to Electrosonic, Ferguson’s passion and dedication to client service and project delivery has seen him front and centre on many of Electrosonic’s global projects, using his vast experience to contribute at every stage of a project.
 
Ferguson has worked on the Sheikh Abdullah Al-Salem Cultural Centre (SAASCC), a gargantuan museum project that required Ferguson to use his abilities to understand complex project requirements and work feverishly to deliver detailed proposals on knife-edge deadlines.

The SAASCC features 22 galleries and 350 unique AV exhibits, with interactives, 3D projection, a 4D motion theatre and 23 miles of data cabling. 

Ferguson developed initial proposals covering the kit list, budgets and facility impact package with control room layouts, power requirements and cable schedules, minimising spares and support requirements, with Ferguson leading the way to ensure the AV design and installation was completed in less than two years.

Mikel Gonzalez, Necsum part of Trison
As founder & CEO of Necsum, Gonzalez considers himself a pioneer in the ‘digital transformation’ of spaces in shopping centres and retail, promoting the transformation of ‘centres of experiences’ with Gonzalez leading the conceptualisation, development and execution of every solution he designs.

Viewing digital architecture as a solution, Nescum was created as an interactive digital art design studio for AV projects of any scale, using digital architecture to allow for the transformation of space by using technology to change the space in each visit.  

Gonzalez has branched out to other sectors to integrate his concepts into other spaces including sculptures, art exhibitions, natural parks, museums and shows, being invited to exhibit at the ARCO VIP lounge contemporary art event for two consecutive years and collaborating with international artists including Igor Yebra and Zorba the Greek via a hologram of himself with special effects for an audience of more than 5,000 people. 
Gonzalez has worked on projects all around the world, conceptualising, designing and developing installations in Korea, France, Germany, UK, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Dubai, Qatar, Mexico, Chile and Columbia.  


Andrea Piemonti, ALA Equipment Company 
A technology fanatic since his teenage years, Piemonti has celebrated 35 years in the AV business, working on mammoth projects such as the Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Limassol, European airports and other massive multimillion euro projects. 

Relocating to Cyprus and setting up ALA Equipment Company Ltd in 2001, Piemonti prides himself on his devotion to detail and keeping ahead of industry trends, recognising the central role that IT is playing in the future of the AV world. 

At the luxurious Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Limassol, Piemonti and his team were tasked with providing a custom, full audio, video lighting and automation package for every area in the sprawling hotel. from the bedrooms and meeting rooms to the kitchens, gardens and architectural lighting.

With Piemonti’s vision, the project was divided into six distinctive packages which features an array of bespoke products and industry ‘firsts’, putting together an Extron ecosystem which, according to Piemonti has “Proven to be absolutely stable even when the product counts are in the thousands.”

Vineet Singh, HMPL Consulting 
As founder and director of HMPL Consulting, Singh has undertaken enviable projects with some of the largest corporations across enterprise in India, EMEA and APAC including the design of S&P Global’s corporate headquarters in Ahmedabad, India. 
Under Singh’s leadership, HMPL delivered a streamlined, comprehensive user experience with a reliable AV setup, keeping the user interface limited and simple to use.

Singh and his team assessed the client’s needs and recommended solutions based on the client’s constraints and expectations, keeping key stakeholders involved from all over to world to ensure the design-build would meet the requirements of the end users. 

Keeping a customer-focused approach was key to Singh, providing as much information and technology options to ensure that the user experience was tailored to the demanding needs of the client.
