Crestron is to open two customer-focused facilities in Frankfurt, Germany this winter. A new customer centre will provide training, technical support, and a fully equipped product presentation and demonstration area, in addition a new Experience Centre will showcase Crestron technology in live application usage.
The Experience Centre is in partnership with TIG, Crestron’s exclusive sales organisation in EMEA, is suitable for end users, consultants and integrators to see Crestron products up close and in action.
“Germany is a very important market for Crestron,” explains Robin van Meeuwen, CEO, TIG. “By opening these new facilities, Crestron reinforces its commitment to our local, talented customers.”
The customer centre will offer AV professionals a curriculum of system design and programming certification courses held in dedicated classrooms purpose-built to enhance learning and collaboration between students and instructors.
All training rooms will be centrally managed through the Crestron XiO Cloud IoT-based service, which enables deployment and management of all the equipment.
The Crestron Training Facility & customer center can be found at Kolner Strasse 3, Eschborn. The location of the TIG Experience Center is Mainzer Landstrasse 1, Frankfurt.
