Released earlier this year, Dynacord’s IPX multi-channel DSP amplifiers are now shipping, and are now accompanied by the 4.0 release of IRIS-Net software for system configuration, remote control and supervision.
Engineered and made in Germany, the IPX Series comprises three 4-channel and one 8-channel amplifier model, offering a power density of 5 kW, 10 kW and even 20 kW from a single amplifier with all channels driven.
IPX Series amplifiers cover a range of demanding sound system installations from concert halls, art centres, theatres and houses of worship to distributed systems in stadiums and entertainment facilities. IPX series amplifiers feature eight Dante audio inputs in addition to their analog inputs.
IRIS-Net 4.0 software facilitates the creation of fully customisable graphical user interfaces with user access privileges for different user levels. IRIS-Net is already used globally in thousands of audio installations and systems for the configuration, remote control and supervision of complete audio systems made up of multiple devices, all from a single user interface.
Combining pro sound and public address functions into a common system, IRIS Net supports Ethernet, CobraNet, CAN bus and USB as well as OMNEO, Dante and AES70 (OCA). IRIS-Net applications range from live sound systems to complex stadium installs, cruise ships and houses of worship.
