Sebastian Szczesniak will take on the role of global services director, focussing on enterprise AV support, managed services, and consistent global service delivery.
Szczesniak will lead Pixel Global AV’s managed services division, overseeing support delivery for both end clients and the company’s international partner network.
This new role sees Szczesniak join with almost 20 years’ experience across the AV industry, bringing extensive expertise in service strategy, customer support, and operational delivery. Previously, Szczesniak founded Solvertec in late 2024, a specialist AV services business that was created to provide a customer-focussed service provision at the centre of an AV offering, rather than as an add-on.
Pixel Global AV and Solvertec began working together after being introduced through a shared customer, which led to Solvertec supporting Pixel customers through independent AV audits and service offerings. This created alignment between both organisations.
