Campaign group takes over LED screen content at Reform UK rally
Political campaign group Led by Donkeys took over an LED screen at a Reform UK party rally, displaying images of Vladimir Putin and Nigel Farage.

The activists displayed content outside the Utilita Arena in Birmingham, where the rally took place, with the message that “Vladimir and Nigel welcome you to Birmingham” alongside images of the Russian leader and UK politician.

Reform UK is a right-wing political party in the United Kingdom which has ties to other right-wing political parties across Europe, as well as personal connections between its leader Nigel Farage and US president Donald Trump. The party held what it claimed to be its biggest event yet, where the party debuted its campaign launch for the upcoming May elections across England.

The group is known for its use of projection mapping as a form of protest, using the venue's screen as a canvas for its projection, which included other messages such as depictions of miniature lettuces, a reference to the short premiership of UK prime minister Liz Truss and other critical messages directed at the Reform UK party and its leadership.
