Midwich’s UK experience centre in Bracknell has achieved five years of operation with more than 11,000 visitors through its doors.
Opened in 2021, Midwich’s experience centre, Innovation House, has hosted a mix of end users, consultants, and partners from across corporate, education, healthcare, and public services sectors.
Midwich today announces that its Bracknell-based experience centre has reached two major milestones: five years of operation and more than 11,000 visitors through its doors. The achievement reflects strong demand for hands-on engagement, as organisations seek real-world environments to explore and validate audiovisual (AV) solutions before investing.

The experience centre underwent a £1 million refresh in November 2025, featuring more than 200 products from more than 50 vendors across 14 technology zones. The space also serves as a flexible event venue, hosting partner and end-user sessions including targeted workshops and larger showcase events.
Ty Zagnoiev, experience centre manager, Midwich UK & Ireland, commented: “Reaching 11,000 visitors is a significant moment for us, but more importantly it tells a bigger story about our industry. Over the past five years, we’ve seen a notable shift in how organisations approach AV investment particularly in the context of tighter budgets and ongoing cost pressures. Clients want to see, hear, and interact with technology in a real environment before making decisions – and that’s exactly what experience centres enable.”
