IUF acquires Project Audio Visual
IUF, the international digital media, digital signage and experiential technology business, has acquired Project Audio Visual UK and Europe.

PAV becomes part of IUF Workplaces, a dedicated division built on the same goal: creating the best-connected, future-ready workplace environments, backed by the strength of IUF.

Josh Bunce, CEO at IUF said: “We’re excited to welcome Project Audio Visual into IUF our Workplaces division. Existing customers can have confidence in our scale, international reach, and managed service capability. This move strengthens our ability to deliver seamless digital solutions across workplace projects and enhance our innovation in Workplaces.”

Steve Hudson, COO of Project Audio Visual said: “The acquisition by IUF creates a positive way forward for the brilliant PAV team, as well as for their expertise, relationships and reputation. As we become part of IUF, we’re able to give clients and partners continuity, while opening new opportunities through the wider digital, international and managed services available within the business.”

Project Audio Visual’s business and assets were acquired via a pre-pack administration, a route that protects continuity for customers and partners through the transition.
