Group CEO role to be phased out as Keenfinity Group simplifies management structure
As part of the process of Keenfinity Group transforming into four businesses led by dedicated CEOs, the role of the Keenfinity Group CEO will be phased out ahead of plan. Chairman Hubertus Muehlhaeuser will assume direct oversight of the four businesses and group functions.

Peter Loeffler will transition out from his current role as Group CEO, and remain a part of the value creation journey, as both an investor and advisor to the Board.

“Peter Loeffler has not only delivered the transformation of the Keenfinity Group into four dedicated businesses, he accomplished it significantly faster,” says Hubertus Muehlhaeuser, chairman of the Keenfinity Group. “We are deeply grateful for his leadership and dedication and glad that he will remain connected to the Group.”

Peter Loeffler, CEO of the Keenfinity Group, comments: “Above all, I am especially grateful to the entire Keenfinity team. Since 2023, we have navigated major transformations together, from the carve-out from the Bosch Group to establishing the Keenfinity Group as four dedicated businesses. I am convinced that our agile, customer-driven setup, combined with our commitment to quality and innovation, will give each Business exactly the momentum it needs to accelerate its value creation journey.”

Peter Loeffler led the successful carve-out from Bosch Group in July 2025 and the implementation of the new strategy with a decentralised structure, to enable growth and value creation.
