Viral Tripathi has joined Diversified as its chief information officer, bringing more than 30 years of experience leading enterprise transformation and delivering outcomes in private equity-backed professional services and global organisations.
Tripathi will lead the company’s enterprise technology strategy, overseeing global IT across applications, cybersecurity, data and analytics, digital innovation, infrastructure and business systems.
The new role will see Tripathi strengthen the digital and data foundation to support AI enablement and to improve operational efficiency.
Tripathi will report to Paul Lidsky, CEO, Diversified, on the company’s leadership team.
