Biamp has announced the appointment of Christ-Jan Beljaars as regional sales manager for the Benelux region, effective 7 September 2026.
Beljaars will lead the Benelux sales team and work closely with distributors, partners, consultants, and end users to strengthen the Biamp market position across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
Beljaars brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in the AV, unified communications, and hybrid workplace markets, with a track record of building businesses, developing channel ecosystems, and driving sustainable revenue growth across the Benelux region.
He joins from DEKOM, where he served as business expansion manager. Before that, he spent nearly two decades at Exertis AV Benelux in a series of progressively senior leadership roles, including commercial director AV and sales & marketing director.
