Exterity extends Comm-Tec agreement to Italy
Exterity, a provider of IPTV and digital signage technologies, and COMM-TEC, the Italian arm of one of the largest distributors in Europe, have announced that they have signed a distribution agreement for Italy, which extends the distribution partnership from the DACH region signed in 2017.

Reflecting on the growth of IP video and digital signage in the Italian region, Exterity’s CEO Colin Farquhar explained: “Having partnered with Comm-Tec GmbH, when it came to looking at support for the growing Italian region, it made sense to extend our existing relationship and together offer integrated IP video and digital signage for the local market.”

Headquartered in Uhingen, near Stuttgart in Germany, Comm-Tec’s Italian office is based in Faenza in the Ravenna province of Italy. Working more extensively with Comm-Tec will enable Exterity to deliver solutions to the market on a larger scale, and gain access to a broader set of AV channel partners.

Stefano Capitani, general manager Comm-Tec added: " The partnership between our companies is working well in the DACH region and we are delighted that Exterity has chosen to extend this partnership. We look forward to showing our customers how they can adapt the Exterity portfolio to their own requirements – whether a stadium in Rome wanting to make their matchday experience more immersive or SMEs deploying creative communications methods to engage and retain talent."
