&b audiotechnik has acquired the ARVA Group, a supplier of pro-audio equipment in the Nordic region, with offices in Stockholm, Malmö, Aarhus, Oslo and Helsinki.

Since its foundation in 1989, the ARVA Group has provided products delivering the best sound quality, offering d&b audiotechnik as the flagship brand in its portfolio.
Using strong strategic partnerships, ARVA has consistently offered audio products for a variety of markets including recording studios, large-scale live events, as well as performance and commercial audio installations.
ARVA’s operations span Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
