Cameo illuminates royal celebrations at Buckingham Palace for Queen’s platinum jubilee
Cameo took centre stage with more than 600 Cameo spotlights to support Queen & Adam Lambert, Rod Stewart, Ed Sheeran and many others at the Queen’s platinum jubilee celebrations.

Version 2 Lights supplied more than 60 of the new hybrid outdoor all-rounder OTOS H5 spotlights, supporting the forecourt of Buckingham Palace and the palace itself with 62 OTOS H5, 156 ZENIT W600, 392 FLAT PRO 7 G2 and 72 FLAT PRO 12 G2.

The lighting design was handled by Nigel Catmur, using the Cameo spots for the array of live performances of British pop stars as well as for the speeches of Prince Charles and Prince William.

The OTOS H5 moving heads were placed on high truss platforms, sending beams into the sky.

ZENIT W600 LED outdoor wash lights, featuring a luminous flux of 21,000 lumens were used to ensure a strong and uniform illumination of the stage in daylight and in evening.

Cameo FLAT PRO 12 G2 RGBWA LED outdoor spotlights were also integrated into the set base via circular cut-outs, setting coloured highlights at various positions in the set.
