AVIXA will bring its ‘Essentials of AV Technology’ course to Italy for the first time, with a three-day course in Milan.

The course, which will run from 20-22 March, will provide professionals with an introduction to elements of light, sound, science and AV technology for the creation of integrated experiences.
Essentials of AV Technology analyses the characteristics of light and sound, as well as their use in contexts of AV installations.
The course will highlight how common devices in AV systems work, investigate how signals flow through a system and how systems can be controlled and managed.
The lessons will be presented in Italian, with the printed material for the course being in English.
The sessions will also be held in collaboration with Systems Integration Experience Community (SIEC), with SIEC associates receiving a 10 percent discount.
The course will be presented by AVIXA instructor, Jose Mozota, who holds a Ph.D. in Electrochemistry from the University of Ottowa and 33 years of corporate experience.
Mozota is a trainer certified by the HDBaseT Alliance and is also an SDVoE engineer, running a consulting firm, Freman Solutions Incorporated, which focuses on AV training.
The course, which is supported by Aten, will take place at Aten Infotech c/o spaces, Bastioni di Porta Nuova 21, Milan, Italy from 20-22 March 2019.
