Midwich via its German based AV distributor, Kern & Stelly has bought the UC division of Hamburg-based eLink Distribution.
eLink provides AV products to trade customers in DACH, and is known for its technical support and expertise. The business is an established value-added distributor of manufacturer partners such as Poly, Lifesize, and DTEN.
eLink also acts as the distributor and master agent for Zoom licenses in the DACH region. As of today, existing customers of Kern & Stelly and eLink, will have access to the Zoom portfolio, including licenses and Zoom recommended hardware.
eLink’s 30 employees and 20 manufacturers will further expand Kern & Stelly's expertise in the UC sector. The founders and directors of eLink, Roman Klinke and Daniel Ebeling, will lead the newly formed UC competence centre at Kern & Stelly.
The acquisition of eLink enhances the Midwich Group’s UC offering in the DACH region.
