Legrand | AV targets EMEA with Middle Atlantic push
Middle Atlantic Products is ramping up its presence in EMEA with additional service support and inventory in the region.

The push comes from parent company Legrand | AV, which bought the brand in 2011 and now wants to offer more support to its global customers. It says the push will reduce lead times and provide local sales representation and support.

Customers will also be able to purchase from any of the brands within the Legrand | AV portfolio with one purchase order and in one shipment.

Steve Durkee, senior vice president and general manager for Legrand | AV’s commercial division, said: “As our customers’ businesses grow and expand globally, it becomes even more important for their partners to be global as well.

“It’s challenging to create consistent and cohesive AV installations with the same products and services and finish on time if they aren’t available regionally.

“By expanding Middle Atlantic’s sales and support structure, we’re able to complement and support this growth, enabling them to create amazing AV experiences.”

Starting in January, Middle Atlantic will now be available alongside the other Legrand | AV brands in EMEA, Chief, Projecta, Da-Lite and Vaddio. Sales and technical support, as well as a central inventory, will all be managed through its EMEA Headquarters in the Netherlands.
