LED manufacturer ROE Visual launched its high-resolution Sapphire LED display at InfoComm last week.
The ROE Visual Sapphire offers a 1.5mm pixel pitch LED panel and a mounting system that, in a similar way to how bricks are laid, allows screens to be built with intersecting frames.
ROE Visual panels are small and have a separate supporting frame in an effort to offer safe assembly of the electronic components and easy panel replacement, using the integrated ejection motor.
Because hardware is separated from the electronic components, panels can be interchanged with different pixel pitches without the need for new hardware investment. ROE says it will accommodate smaller pixel pitches in the future.
The unit’s LED corners are reinforced with a specialized front protection treatment to prevent damage.
