Lumens has announced that its VC-A71SN PTZ camera is now NDI HX3-capable, enabling transmission of 4K video at up to 60 fps.
The camera includes 12G-SDI features, as well as SRT streaming and support for the BT.2020 colour space, designed for use in live streaming, broadcasting and live events environments.
The VC-A71SN includes a 12G-SDI port for 4K transmission over traditional baseband networks, alongside support for Rec.709 and the FreeD protocol to work in broadcast, AV projects and virtual reality video.
The camera also includes a 1/1.8 type progressive CMOS sensor and quiet PTZ motion in addition to a 30x optical zoom lens which enables the camera to be positioned in a variety of locations.
Power over Ethernet is supported alongside standard VISCA control.
