Ueno Bank has been become the first institution in Paraguay to adopt Powersoft’s Unica amplifier platform, following a major audio system upgrade at its headquarters in national capital Asunción.
One of the largest financial providers in Paraguay, Ueno has a national network of more than 70 banks, each of which have also been equipped with Powersoft technology in the form of its half-size Mezzo install amplifiers by local system integrator DCI.
Both projects were designed and implemented by Asunción-based DCI (Diseño, Control e Integracion) in collaboration with Powersoft’s Paraguayan distributor, Aulux. Both companies are led by Andrei Popow and Martin Martinez, whose team built on Popow’s longstanding business relationship with Ueno Bank to provide both its headquarters and regional branches with high-quality, energy-efficient sound distribution courtesy of Unica, Mezzo and other Powersoft technology.
At Ueno Bank’s headquarters, DCI installed four Unica 8M 4K8, two Mezzo 322 and one Mezzo 324 amplifiers. This centralised system, paired with Martin Audio loudspeakers, draws on Powersoft Dynamic Music Distribution (DMD) to provide seamless multi-zone audio management via four WM Touch and five WMP Level controllers. At the individual financial centres, DCI integrated one Mezzo 322 amplifier and one WMP Level controller each, ensuring consistent, high-quality background music across all locations.
