Midwich has announced that is has acquired professional audio supplier and content creation specialist, HHB Communications Holdings, representing manufacturers including Røde, Genelec and Avid.
The acquisition will allow Midwich to develop its offering in the broadcast, media and entertainment markets.
HHB’s existing leadership team will remain in post, with HHB’s founder, Ian Jones, continuing as manging director.
