Jabra unveils analytics partnerships
Jabra has opened its SDK to external partners to build Jabra data into UC platforms

The partnerships mark a strategic shift for Jabra, with a new focus on developing partnerships with other companies.

Jabra will reveal the latest wave of partnerships at Enterprise Connect, following last year’s announcement of a partnership with Unify Square.

Jabra announced that AudioCodes and Nectar have joined its programme, allowing these companies to incorporate data from Jabra headsets and allowing IT managers to overview and manage Jabra devices within suites of UC monitoring systems.

This allows IT directors and decision makers to analyse performance of Jabra headsets and to identify the cause of poor call quality issues, whether due to Wi-Fi router problems, UC infrastructure or individual user’s headset settings.

Jabra aims to expand its range of data flows into its call-centric ecosystem, providing users with insight into the quality of live customer calls and call operation based on data from conversations and noise from a surrounding environment.

The announcement follows Jabra’s announcement at AMZ of a new software application with Amazon Connect aimed at call centre agents.
