Disguise will work with Bluman Associates and the European chapter of frame:work, with its “Be Seen. Be Heard”, a half-day event promoting diversity and inclusion within the creative video and live event industries.
The event, titled “Be Seen. Be Heard” aims to promote change by empowering individuals from all backgrounds in the creative industry.
The speaker lineup for the event includes Ash Nehru, founder, Disguise; Hannah Eakins, CEO, Production Futures; Pembe Tokluhan, founder, Petok Productions; Sarah Rushton-Read, creative director, The Fifth Estate; Kira O’Brien, creative technologist, Fray Studio; Pod Bluman, owner, Bluman Associates; Sarah Cox, director, frame:work; Emily Malone, head of live events, Disguise; and Connie Glover, head of film and entertainment, Creative Technology.
The event will take place on 9 October 2024 at Bluman Associates in London. The day will begin at 14:00 with a welcome session to set the tone for the day’s focus on diversity and inclusion. Attendees will hear success stories from diverse industry professionals and have the opportunity to take part in panel discussions. The event will wrap up with an interactive session where attendees can contribute and make commitments to change the industry.
