7thSense powers F1 exhibition with Medialon show control
7thSense has integrated its Medialon show control technology at the F1 exhibition in London.

Systems integrator Sysco Productions has deployed a Medialon Showmaster LE as the primary show controller for the exhibition.

The Medialon show control system provides a ‘Technician WebPanel’, enabling the exhibition staff to power on and off the entire exhibition and manage individual sections with ease. The system communicates with a diverse range of technologies, including:

Q-Sys Core: Audio routing and control.
Pharos Lighting Controller: Dynamic lighting control.
Epson Projectors and iiyama Screens: High-resolution visuals and displays.

Through these integrations, the Medialon system empowers technicians with centralised control of videos, ambient sound, and lighting levels across the exhibition, while also monitoring key equipment throughout the day.

The Medialon show control system orchestrates media loops during the day to guide visitors through the exhibition’s narrative. The experience culminates in ‘The Pit Wall’, an immersive video presentation featuring five Epson projectors, 16 iiyama screens, and content played from two Mac Pros.

The Medialon system synchronises lighting, sound, and video elements of The Pit Wall.

A dedicated ‘Pit Wall Host WebPanel’ allows staff to start, stop, and monitor the presentation, while an additional Medialon WebPanel, displayed on a BrightSign outside The Pit Wall area, provides visitors with a countdown to the next presentation.
