ADIF invests in network control

ADIF (Administrator de Infraestructuras Ferroviarias) is a Spanish, private-public body, which operates the railway and station network. As part of the run-up to privatisation of the network, a new operations room has been established.

Panasonic hits jackpot with signage rollout

The Spanish national lottery, Loterías y Apuestas del Estado (LAE), has turned to Panasonic to supply 3,000 plasma screens for a 6,500 screen digital signage network. The network was implemented by system integrator Sistemas Técnicos de Loterías (STL) and generates revenue via the sale of looped advertising slots of 240 seconds.

RCF for French theatre

RCF has provided an audio system for a new multi-purpose arena in the city of La Chapelle St Herblain, near Le Mans. The audio company’s French partner, Terre De Son Le Mans, installed a combination of C5212 Acustica series speakers and TTS28 passive subwoofers.

‘The Experience’, a gospel music concert in Lagos, provided sound reinforcement for its 450,000 strong crowd with Meyer Sound system. GQ Acoustics provided Milo line array loudspeakers, 700-HP subwoofers and JM-1P arrayable loudspeakers for what is claimed to be the largest music event in Africa.
