Kellogg Company ramps up corporate signage

Kellogg Company has ramped up its corporate communications programme, increasing the number of BrightSign solid-state HD210 media players from 20 to 63. The food giant needed to update its corporate communications system from a system based on Windows PCs and PowerPoint presentations.

Entertaining in The Den

Millwall Football Club in London recently overhauled its audio system with an eye on attracting entertainment events to its stadium, known affectionately as The Den. Community Professional Loudspeaker’s R-Series were chosen to handle the challenge following an on-site demonstration by Community’s UK distributor, CUK.

Televic cuts the wires on ASEM summit

The 8th ASEM summit, a biennial event between European and Asian leaders, used Televic Conference equipment at the Royal Palace on October 4 and 5. The wireless Confidea system served a delegation of 49 officials, including the presidents of the European Council and European Commission.

Norway opts for Medialon at World Expo

Norwegian AV supplier, FotoPhono was responsible for the AV installation throughout the Norway Pavilion at this year’s Shanghai World Expo. A Medialon Control System was chosen for the pavilion that was constructed with 15 model trees made from Norwegian pine and Chinese bamboo.

University installs inviting signage

The UK's University of Sheffield recently expanded its Student’s Union, adding two Samsung 46” ultra thin bezel LCD videowalls that are viewed through glass windows from outside the building. The solution, provided by a partnership of PSCo and Universal AV Services, displays news, offers and events.
