Dynacord keeps Amika’s reputation

Amika, an exclusive club with a sister location in London’s High Street Kensington, has opened in Dubai. CEG Technologies of Dubai installed a Dynacord sound system based on the company’s VariLine, with 19 VL-262, four Sub 18 and three Sub 115 enclosures.

Arthur Holm takes place in Barcelona hall of fame

Arthur Holm’s AH17D216A monitor has been featured in an exhibition titled The best design of the year at Barcelona’s FADExpo. The “Monastery of the Angels” is the headquarters of FAD (Fostering Arts and Design) and is occupied by winners of the Delta Awards that recognise designs from different disciplines.

Barco LED transforms Beijing tower

Barco LiveDots, a Barco company, has partnered with Beijing Fortune Investment Management Co. to adorn Beijing's Blue Island Tower with a new high-tech outdoor LED display. The 407m² screen is powered by TF-20 outdoor display system.

The Harpa Concert Hall and Conference Centre in Reykjavik, Iceland is a music venue with meeting-presentation facilities. It occupies a total of 28,000 square meters of space and has an Ateis PA/VA system.

Duran tackles church acoustics

Catharinakerk in Eindhoven, the Netherlands has held a contemporary music festival called 3 Nights in Heaven. In co-operation with the Muziekgebouw Frits Philips Eindhoven, Duran Audio GmbH supplied an Ayxs Target system as the main PA system for the concerts held at the church.
