Olympic museum goes interactive

A travelling exhibition called Hope is starting life at the Olympic Museum in Lausanne before heading further afield to spread the message of the ‘Olympic dream’. It uses interactive media to strike up a dialogue with visitors, employing gesture recognition and touch technologies. Anna Mitchell reports.

BoE is a financial services operator and a member of South Africa’s Nedbank Group. It has recently overhauled audio in an auditorium situated within its Cape Town premises in the V&A Waterfront.

K-array in flagship clothing project

Clothing brand Bryan & Barry has opted for K-array loudspeakers in its new flagship store in Milan, Italy. The store spans more than 1500m² and its 17 display windows on the first floor have been transformed into a videowall comprising 153 LCD monitors.

RCF leads the Tour de France

RCF has supplied speakers for many of the vehicles in the Tour de France advertising caravan that precedes the cyclists. The vehicles in the caravan play loud music and use 40 pcs RCF Art 310 (passive version) and C5212 Acoustica speakers.

New York university opts for Hitachi

The Columbia University School of Social Work in New York City has fitted three of its classrooms with Hitachi 3LCD projectors. Four CP-X809 were supplied with one classroom utilising two projectors.
