Teracue will showcase its ENC-500-HDMI HEVC streaming encoder at IBC 2016 in Amsterdam alongside other products for IP workflow.
The ENC-500 streams HDMI video in HEVC/H.265 or H.264 with four different protocols: RTSP, RTMP, HTTP and UDP.
It is designed for IPTV and live streaming and is suited to applications where single computer based HDMI signals are distributed or published on a network or the internet. Teracue is targeting medical, military, control room and training applications where high resolution HDMI signals from medical instruments and cameras, radar devices, digital signage player, or any kind of PC desktop views - need to be shared, published and distributed and recorded.
The company will also show the ENC-400 Streaming encoder that accommodates dual HDSDI or HDMI loop thru inputs with redundancy switching.
Teracue has also announced that the ICue-Grid IP videowall presenter supports NewTek’s NDI (network device interface).
IBC 2016 will be held at the Amsterdam RAI, September 8 to 12.
