Lightware has announced an integration with SpectralBot, designed to help operators troubleshoot using XR tools and real-time support workflows.
SpectralBot allows AV operators with AR and AI-assisted diagnostics, analysing AV data and device statuses to guide users through fault isolation, helping teams identify what failed, where an issue is, and how to fix the issue.
The integration connects SpecialBot’s AV service and support platform with live operational data from Lightware devices, leveraging Lightware’s signal management, diagnostic telemetry, and open API approach for remote control and analytics.
By bringing device-level insight into a visual interface, the combined solution is designed to reduce downtime and improve the reliability of day-to-day AV operations.
The integration sees Lightware’s Taurus family along with Taurus TPN and Gemini GVN AVoIP systems work with the SpectralBot platform.
Using the platform, operators can access key device indicators, comprehensive port information, and signal-path control to speed up diagnosis of common issues such as signal loss, misconfigured routing, or device faults.
