745 Thurlow, a rooftop conference centre located in Vancouver, Canada, now boasts an upgraded, Extron AV system to replace an outdated setup.
Limitless AV was brought on board for the upgrade, selecting Extron switching, signal extension, audio and control systems.
To breath new life into the venue, Limitless AV supplied a DTP CrossPoint 84 8x4 scaling presentation matrix switcher to provide all signal routing for audio and video in the boardrooms. Bluetooth connectivity, wireless presentation capabilities, conferencing cameras and ceiling microphones were also used in both rooms to enable users to conduct meetings over Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Video input signals are also automatically scaled for a seamless videoconferencing experience.
Audio system capabilities were improved upon by adding n Extron DMP 64 Plus DSP processor, adding support for wireless microphones in the venue’s larger conference room and outdoor patio for discreet control and fine-tuning of each area.
The DTP CrossPoint matrix switcher is also integrated with an IPCP control processor for centralised control of the entire AV system. A TLP Pro 1025M 10-in TouchLink Pro touchpanel is mounted to the wall in each room to control all audio, video, and integrated room components. Extron’s GUI design theme was customised by Limitless AV to create a customised user interface that reflects the company’s branding and the building’s logo.
