StarTech.com has launched its Thunderbolt 3 docking station, the TB3CDK2DPUE featuring USB-C connectivity.
The Thunderbolt-certified TB3CDK2DPUE dual 4K docking station for Mac and Windows is a single docking station includes a 0.7M Thunderbolt 3 cable, allowing users with Thunderbolt 3 laptops to have up to 40 Gbps available including the ability to connect up to two uncompressed 4K 60Hz (UHD) displays with a single cable connection through the dock.
Users can also connect up to two 1920x1200 (WUXGA/HD) resolution monitors with USB-C laptops, charging laptops through USB-PD power deliver with multiple peripheral connections for keyboard, mouse, storage, audio and more.
Wired networking is also provided through the same cable connection to a laptop.
Five USB ports are included (three USB-A and two USB-C ports) with up to 10 Gbps data transfer speeds with USB 3.1 Gen 2 to connect additional USB devices to the dock.
