Panasonic has debuted its RQ7 series 4K projectors, aimed at bridging the gap between high-end and entry-level 1-DLP systems.
Available in 6,500 and 7,500 lumens options, the designed for galleries, museums, and LBE attractions. The RQ7 series features Intel SDM for integration into existing infrastructure and AVoIP, Panasonic’s first projector under 8,000 lumens to do so.
The RQ7 features Quad Pixel Drive technology and 240 Hz processing for images with latency of 8ms or less for use in 360 degrees attractions and projection mapping.
The projector series features Digital Art mode, designed for immersive installations, museums, and theme parks, to deliver increased contrast and colour brightness enhancement.
The projector weighs in at 16.6kg, featuring Panasonic’s media player SDM board ET-SBFMP10, featuring compatibility with existing DLE series lenses and a new mounter for bracket-free attachment of existing ultra-short-throw zoom lenses.
