Opticis has launched its diagnosis link manager, a management system for 4K video-over-fibre extenders.
The diagnosis link manager is a remote management platform that gives AV integrators, IT teams, and professionals to monitor and manage their systems in real time.
The platform allows users to access real time monitoring of power, signal, and video status as well as options to check resolution and EDID for HDMI/DP extenders.
Multi-unit management via BR-600 IP configuration is available, as well as a log history for troubleshooting and maintenance. Temperature and voltage alerts are also available to prevent downtime.
The platform is embedded in Opticis’ HDX-1F20 HDMI 2.0 optical extender, DPX-1F12 DP 1.2 optical extender, DHX-1F4K DisplayPort 1.2 to HDMI 2.0 converting optical extender, and the BR-600 19-in 1RU power rack, adopting up to eight units with centralised access to diagnosis link manager.
