Oblong Industries will give its European debut to its Mezzanine (or Mezz-In) platform at this week’s NEC showcase. This year’s event takes place from Tuesday May 18 to Wednesday 19, 2016 at the Millibank Tower in London.
Oblong will demonstrate the system’s capabilities across multiple devices, display surfaces, and locations at the ‘Corporate Experience’ arena at the event.
The arena will focus on how intelligent digital surfaces help to visualise big data; how context-aware software solutions and touch functionality enhances bi-directional communication; how videoconferencing and collaborative huddle spaces are shaping the way we work and how the Internet of Things is impacting communication.
Oblong will show how Mezz-In and Infopresence can benefit the way enterprises work. Mezz-in allows remote participants to take part in videoconferencing via a web client. External attendees have full access to the Mezzanine workspace, and the ability to upload content and control presentations, with screen-sharing provided via Chrome.
Following the NEC Showcase, Oblong will showcase Mezz-In on an international platform at Infocomm 2016 in Las Vegas.
The system will be released later this summer.
