Vivitek has added three new products to its NovoConnect family of wireless presentation and collaboration systems: LauncherOne, LauncherPlus USB-C Edition and the LauncherPlus Base holder.
LauncherOne is a wireless mirroring device. It has been designed for industries that have high security standards, such as the financial services sector or government agencies. It allows staff to access a wireless presentation system, while minimising USB security risks by adhering to Data Loss Prevention (DLP) compliance policies. It removes the need for a USB-storage device to eliminate the risk of ransomware attacks and of viruses being spread. There is a dedicated and direct wireless connection between LauncherOne and the NovoConnect main unit so there is no impact on existing network traffic. The data is protected with AES-256 encryption.
Vivitek is also accommodating laptops with the new USB-C connector, with the introduction of LauncherPlus USB-C Edition. The company also offers the LauncherPlus base, an accessory designed to store LauncherPlus units.
