Moviik unveils contact-free queuing app

Moviik has developed a contact-free queuing app to protect visitors during the Covid-19 pandemic by allowing the management of queues inside and outside of premises virtually.

Users can take a virtual ticket to join a queue, waiting in a socially distanced area or a vehicle before entering the premises. 

The system works with smartphones, sending an SMS or a virtual ticket via  QR-code or weblink. Users without smartphones can ask for help a doorman at the premises entrance to carry out registration. 

The tickets that are called are displayed on a screen outside the score, with users also receiving a mobile notification. 

The app also allows visitors to delay their entrance with an ‘I’m late’ button alongside the ability to exit the queue with a ‘leave queue’ button that will update the queueing status in real time.
