Lightware has launched the Taurus UCX-1x1-C40 docking station to support hybrid work environments manage the flow of AV and control signals regardless of a user’s location.
The Taurus Smart Dock enables smooth video conferencing, high-definition media sharing, and intuitive device integration for teams working both in-office and remotely. Lightware has designed the product with reliability in mind in an effort to ensure that meetings run without technical disruptions. Its plug-and-play functionality allows for quick deployment.
It offers cross-platform compatibility, supporting macOS, iOS, Windows, and Android devices.
The Taurus Smart Dock enables a customisable welcome screen and is powered by LARA (Lightware Automation and Room Control), a built-in automation system that simplifies room programming and enhances meeting room efficiency. In addition, the system offers a quick wake-up time of approximately five seconds, allowing meetings to start instantly.
With automated operation, the dock has no physical buttons, enabling it to be discreetly hidden from users. The Taurus UCX-1x1-C40 is enterprise-friendly, enabling IT departments to remotely monitor and manage docking stations.
