Hitachi has introduced its first 8,000 lumen single-chip DLP laser projector, the LP-WU9750B.
The LP-WU9750B provides a contrast ratio of 20,000:1and 20,000 maintenance-free operating hours on behalf of a quad-drive laser, sealed, dust-resistant engine and an upgraded phosphor wheel and cooling system.
Its laser engine features built-in redundancy to safeguard from a single laser failure.
Operators can achieve 360-degree projection and portrait mounting with the projector, as well as edge blending and warping. It comes with seven lenses, including the Ultra-Short Throw FL-920 for screen sizes of between 100-in to 600-in and projection distance for a 100-in screen ranging from 0.83m to 19m.
The LP-WU9750B has inputs including SDI, HDBaseT, DVI and HDMI.
