Cameo has released its S series, a range of IP65-certified LED soft panels for outdoor use in broadcast, events and livestreams.
The range consists of the S4 IP model, based on 544 single SMD LMDs per colour (RGBW) arranged in a cluster of four. The S4 IP features natural colour rendering (CRI 95, TLCI 91) as well as coverage of the extended Rec. 2020 colour space of 85%.
An adjustable colour temperature is included, with a range of 1,800 to 10,000 Kelvin for use in a variety of environments.
The S series has fixed handles on the sides for secure transport, enabling the panels to be quickly aligned with people and objects on set.
The soft panel also has waterproof and lockable powerCON TRUE1 device connectors, with control enabled via DMX, W-DMX, ArtNet, Sacn or RDM.
Operation can be achieved on the unit directly or via EZRemote using the optional UNICON DMX/RDM controller.
An Omega bracket and standard diffuser are included, with a spectrum ranging from honeycombs with 30 degrees and 60 degrees beam angles, as well as intensifiers, heavy diffusers, barndoors, a centre mount yoke and a v-mount adapter for battery operation.
