Biamp debuted its TesiraConnect a five port AVB connection box designed for the Biamp Conference Room by providing power and media over a single cable to all Biamp devices.
The TesiraConnect provides power and media over a single cable between Biamp AVB DSPs, USB extenders, PoE+ amplifiers and microphonesm with five RJ-45 ports, four PoE+ powered RJ-45 ports each supporting singlecable connectivity to a Biamp endpoint, with an additional unpowered RJ-45 port included to pass signals back to the TesireForté conferencing system.
Four TesiraConnect devices can be daisy-chained to support four PoE+ amplifiers connecting up to 32 desono speakers and 12 Parlé Beamtracking microphones.
TesiraConnect is compatible with Biamp’s SageVue management and monitoring system, with all ports located in the back and the front reserved for status indicator lights.
