Avocor unveils Google Meet series videoconferencing whiteboards

Avocor has launched two video conferencing and digital whiteboarding devices: the Google Meet series One Desk 27 and Board 65 for desktop and shared meeting spaces.

The Google Meet series’ touch-enabled video devices feature Google Workspace cloud computing and collaboration tools

One Desk 27

The desktop-centric One Desk 27 is a 27-in touchscreen Google Meet device that works as a desk monitor, laptop docking station and digital whiteboard. Google Workspace’s Jamboard app is included and offers a digital PTZ camera and integrated soundbar and mic array, alongside Google Workspace’s TrueVoice multi-channel noise cancellation technology.

An adjustable tabletop stand is included with options to wall mount the display.

One Board 65

The Board 65 is a ADA-compliant 65-in display which can be wall-mounted in small-to-medium collaboration spaces and can be placed on an optional stand for mobility as a shared resource or for spontaneous meetings.

As an interactive touch display, users can connect both in-person and remote meeting attendees, with options to connect laptops via USB-C for power, device control and instant content sharing.

TrueVoice multi-channel noise cancellation technology is included, with an onboard digital PTZ camera for a wide field of view to auto-frame participants using Google Workspace’s continuous framing technology.

Support for voice-activated controls with the phrase “Hey Google” as well as native integration with Google’s Jamboard app for interactivity and whiteboarding from both the display and remote participants.

Both models feature an optically bonded screen and are tilt-optimised for a natural writing angle on the anti-fingerprint glass. A passive stylus is also included for whiteboarding.
