Televic webcasts from ISE

Televic webcasts from ISE
Televic is building on its recent alliance with Company Webcast with live webcasts from its ISE booth, 3C128.

The webcasts, using Televic’s T-Cast solution, will take place throughout the show, which runs from January 31 to February 2, 2012 at the RAI in Amsterdam.

T-Cast allows audio and video from meetings to be broadcast live over the internet and archived in the cloud together with speaker information, agenda and presentations.

It is suitable for town councils or other governmental institutions that want to share council meetings with the public.

The T-Cast platform has local buffering capacity, which is designed to prevent loss of content if an internet connection drops out during a live webcast. As soon as the connection is restored, live streaming continues from the point where it stopped.

“This is a unique opportunity for us to demonstrate our new platform and to involve people that can’t make it to the show” said Kristoff Henry, product manager at Televic Conference. “Virtually immediately after the end of each presentation, the webcast is available as on-demand content. People can decide for themselves when is the best time for them to watch”.
