Content designer Timo Martens was called upon to create a video and media content portfolio for the One FM Starnight show, broadcast live from the Arena de Genève, Switzerland.
Two Pixera two-quad media servers were used with live input cards, a Lightware HDMI matrix switcher for switching between main and backup sources, as well as a Focusrite audio interface for audio playout.
Pixera was used for creating countdown screens for continuity control, adding HTML pages as a ‘resource’ to a layer of the media server system’s software interface, played out via one of the outputs as picture-in-picture.
