Powersoft has appointed Ondrej Sedlacek as its Central, Eastern Europe, and Nordics distribution sales area manager.
Sedlacek joins with more than 30 years of experience in the pro AV industry, building a career that spans product management, service leadership, and international sales. Sedlacek served for almost a decade as regional manager for the Nordics and CEE at Biamp Systems, taking responsibility for business across 33 countries.
He also served as head of global sales at CUE, international sales manager at AV Media Systems, and as sales manager for Simpleway. Sedlacek has developed business in more than 80 countries, tripling revenue in under five years, and opening more than 20 new sales channels, as well as managing major enterprise accounts including Volkswagen Group, Nestlé, and PVH.
In this new role with Powersoft, Sedlacek will focus on strengthening and expanding the company’s distribution network across the CEE and Nordic territories, with an emphasis on the installed sound market across multiple verticals.
