SAVe Sustainability in AV has announced that Mike Blackman, managing director of Integrated Systems Events, will deliver the keynote address at its 2026 Global Conference.
The event will take place on October 13–14, 2026 at the University of California, Los Angeles, and will focus on sustainability across the AV industry. Blackman [pictured above] is set to address how sustainability commitments can drive innovation within the sector.
Christina De Bono, founder and president of SAVe, said Blackman’s position overseeing Integrated Systems Europe makes him “uniquely well-positioned to inform and inspire” attendees.
The announcement builds on an ongoing partnership between SAVe and Integrated Systems Events. Since 2022, the two organisations have worked together to advance sustainability initiatives across the AV industry, with SAVe serving as the official sustainability partner for ISE. The 2026 edition of the show marked the fourth year of that collaboration.
Blackman said: “At ISE, we see sustainability not as a separate initiative, but as a responsibility that must be embedded across the entire AV ecosystem. By working together to advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals within our industry, we are helping to drive meaningful change on a global scale.”
The SAVe 2026 Global Conference will carry the theme ‘Lead the Change’, with further details on speakers and the programme expected in the coming months.
