IDNS bucks downward trend and adds four staff
IDNS has bucked the trend by investing in four new members of staff to help support its customers. Re-joining IDNS after several years in the industry, Nick Gill returns as key account manager for the south of England and Jason Cannon comes back to head up IDNS’ installations team. They are joined by Alex Castle and Edward Powell-Smith.

Cannon has over 15 years’ experience in the AV sector and will be leading on increasing installation efficiency and customer satisfaction through improving the ‘right-first-time’ completion ratio.

Cannon said: “With the multiple verticals IDNS now operate in, I’m confident that along with helping them to push forward with their processes, I’ll also get to work hands-on delivering their growing installation requirements in the South East of England.”

Castle joins IDNS after successfully winning several multi-million-pound projects in his previous role at Spatial Initiative and Styles & Wood, including the BT Project Spruce and Leicester Met Academy. He will be working as an integral part of IDNS’ bid writing team and be responsible for the delivery of high value project submissions.

MD, Darren Clayman, commented: "Despite the general downturn in the industry, we’re still seeing big opportunities through the largest IT and AV frameworks. Thanks to the longstanding relationships we have with our customers, we’ve been able to continue to help them at the same time as bring in new people to provide even more support.”
