Exertis, a distributor of technology products for the B2B, mobile and retail markets, has purchased Medium Ltd, a specialist AV distributor in the UK.

Medium employs 40 staff with a turnover of £32 million. It transacts with over 800 AV resellers in the UK offering a range of pre and post sales customer services. It also provides professional training and education programmes for both its employees and customers, and is a member of InfoComm International.

The acquisition of Medium, follows the announcement of Exertis’ intention to acquire server and storage specialist Hammer, and continues the company’s strategy to provide a complete range of technology solutions from home to IT, mobile and enterprise whilst maintaining specialist expertise in key market segments.
