Dynalite is targeting the Middle East and North Africa, opening three new offices in Dubai, Kuwait and Jordan.
The lighting and control automation group has chosen the Dubai Airport-Free Zone (DAFZA), Amman and Kuwait City as locations for technical and sales support centres.
According to Dynalite regional director for Middle East/North Africa, Mutassem Abu Diak, the sustained high level of commercial and residential project activity in the region has seen a large demand for fully integrated lighting control and automation solutions.
Hotels and commercial buildings in the region are implementing room management systems (RMS), which feature comprehensive automated control systems to ensure all aspects of room comfort, are maintained at a desirable level.
Abu Diak said hotels were having to boost automation as visitors and local residents were “becoming accustomed to such levels of controllabilityâ€.
“Fully integrated lighting control and automation systems are the way of the future in this region,†he said, adding that the new offices would support these developments.
